We will work with you to design, deliver and evaluate leadership development solutions. Possible training solutions that we can offer include day or modular options with a blended or experiential methodology. This can also include ILM Leadership qualifications.
We believe it important that leaders have the opportunity to self-reflect on their own leadership behaviour and the impact that has on those who work with them. To do this we use a 360 degree feedback profiling tool, entitled Outstanding Leadership, where participants seek feedback from their own Line Manager, Peers and Direct Reports. A full feedback report is provided to all participants. One-to-one coaching is then provided to reflect on the feedback and consider next steps.
More recently, this work has been with Senior Operational Managers with 360 degree feedback, one-to-one coaching, modular learning and skills based practice.
Successes include working with aspiring leaders where participants have been able to transfer their learning and newly acquired knowledge and skills back into the workplace through work-based projects, reflective reviews, reports and learning logs.
Recent leadership coaching with apprentices at University Hospital Birmingham as part of a Leadership in Practice (Always Consult Ltd) apprenticeship programme.
