What courses do you do?

Next Steps offers courses such as Coaching & Mentoring, Leadership Development, Management Development, Facilitation, and Help with Finding and Getting a Job.

Where are your training and management courses based?

Our company is based in Kidderminster in the West Midlands but we can train people all around Worcestershire and the West Midlands including Stourbridge, Worcester, Droitwich, Halesowen, Birmingham, and even further afield such as Scotland.

What is the maximum size of group that you will train at any one time?

Ideally a group of around 12 is best although, depending on the training being provided I am able to be flexible and have often delivered to groups larger than that and smaller.

What is the cost of the training provided?

Costs will always depend upon what services are required. All costs will always be agreed at the outset.

What is your approach?

I will always look to start with establishing from the client what outcomes they are trying to achieve and why. From that, I will design something that meets those needs and the needs of the participants in collaboration with the client.

What is the best way to make contact with you?

Either by my mobile 07834997593, e-mail sean@nextstepslearning.co.uk, or via the website contact page. You can also contact me via LinkedIn or Twitter.

How flexible is the training?

My objective is always to meet the needs of the organisation and participants and therefore any design and delivery will reflect that. This might mean that the programme is delivered in modules, bite-size sessions, short programmes of one or two days or even a residential.

How will we evaluate the training?

I incorporate evaluation into all training using tried and tested methodology once agreed with the client. Not only do we want participants to like the training, we also want to be sure that they learnt something, have changed their behaviour in some way back in the workplace and are making an impact/difference in the organisation.

Who are ILM?

ILM is the UK’s leading provider of leadership, coaching and management qualifications and training. Next Steps Learning & Development Ltd is an Approved Centre to deliver such qualifications.

Do you provide one-to-one support?

Yes, this can be in the form of one-to-one coaching or mentoring (face to face, Face time or telephone).

Can you support people going into work or going back into work?

Yes, again this would be in the form of coaching as described above or as a group workshop looking at getting a job and where to look, interview techniques, completing CV’s and preparing a presentation.

Do we need to book training a long way in advance?

Not necessarily. We would agree dates that are mutually suitable.
